How It Works

  1. Proceed to Checkout: Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Select Klarna: Choose Klarna as your payment method and select either the 3 instalments option or the Pay in 30 days option.
  3. Payment: You’ll know if you’re approved. Klarna will send you an email confirmation and payment reminders. If you chose the instalments option, your first payment will be taken at checkout, with the remaining payments taken after 30 and 60 days.
  4. You're Done: Your order will be shipped as usual. Future Klarna purchases can be completed with just one click.

What Are My Options?

For Pay Later in 3, payments are automatically collected from the card entered at checkout. For Pay Later in 30 Days, you can pay via credit or debit card. Monitor payments in the Klarna app.

What Happens If I Cancel or Return My Order?

Upon cancellation or return, Klarna will cancel any future payments and refund any due amounts. This will be reflected in the Klarna app.

What Happens If I Don’t Pay On Time?

Klarna will notify you and attempt to collect payment again. If unsuccessful, Klarna will issue a statement for the outstanding amount. Late payments won't impact your credit score.

Have You Received My Payment?

Klarna will notify you of successful payments via email and push notifications. Check payment status in the Klarna app or on their website.

Returning Goods with Pay Later in 3 Instalments?

After Kambo confirms your return, Klarna will adjust your payment schedule or refund any collected payments. Monitor this in the Klarna app.

Returning Goods with Pay Later in 30 Days?

Once Kambo confirms your return, Klarna will update your statement. For full returns, the statement will be closed. Monitor your order status in the Klarna app.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after Kambo registers the return or cancellation, issued back to the original payment card.
